Volunteer Opportunities

Help pack up school supplies and deliver them to Powe!

We’re looking for parent volunteers to lend a hand during lunch and help make the cafeteria a little calmer, safer, and more fun for our students. Extra grown-up eyes and friendly smiles help kids navigate lunchtime, resolve little hiccups, and enjoy their meal—and you might just become their favorite lunchroom celebrity!

Do you love organizing and attention to detail? Do methodical tasks make you happy? Then shelving books in the Powe media center could be a perfect way to spend your time!

Make a difference in a 5th Grader's Big Idea! Become a PYP Exhibition Mentor! Looking for a fun, meaningful way to get involved with Powe students? Volunteer as a mentor for our 5th graders as they take on their IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) Exhibition--the exciting capstone project where students explore real-world issues they care about and turn their curiosity into learning and action!
